Of course there’s a door, otherwise how would they get out?

Easy fix, just put a screen door on it.

I read your post earlier, HWY 4 is amazing, it’s going to be fun towing a pop up too. IIRC there is about 10-15 miles of about 1.5 lane road. At least it is paved, it used to be gravel. Stop at the M arklieville store for cold beverages. If you go through Minden/Gardnerville there is a great Tia food place on the south end of town.

Today on Tiny House Hunters: OC is a school teacher from Southern California looking for a simpler life. He found this quaint barrel on high platform. He worries it might be hard to climb up and down, but he believes the effort is worth the privacy — and the views.
But with an asking price of $97,000 with no windows or running water
, he knows he’s still in California.

That’s a heck of a walk to the outhouse. And watch that first step when you come out. It’s a doozy.

We had the road 99% completely to ourselves. The pop-up was interesting and I wouldn’t want to be driving anything more than that through there. Spectacular drive.
